Unless otherwise specified, software downloads, custom software creation, chat bot creation or other digital goods provided by Hierocode are not refundable by any means after purchase.
If you have purchased an item from Hierocode (or any of our subsidiaries) then cancel the order before the order has been completed or you elect to opt out of a subscription service, you are not eligible for a refund for that service or payment period.
If a condition arises in which we cannot complete the task requested of us, you will be notified in writing and the refund will be issued.
